  • How can I apply for a role with Social Personnel?
    By registering with us, you will receive tailored roles to your inbox that have not yet been published on job boards, as well as be assigned a dedicated consultant who will be in touch with job opportunities that match your experience.   • Do you recruit staff from overseas?
    At the moment, we do not currently offer sponsorship opportunities to overseas residents. If this changes, we will update our site accordingly.
  • Do you recruit permanent staff as well as locum staff?
    Yes! We have specialist teams who focus on the permanent side of social care recruitment. To chat to our perm team about job opportunities, you can email perm@socialpersonnel.com
  • I have an issue with my payroll. How can I get this sorted?
    The quickest way to speak to us about payroll-related queries is to speak directly with your consultant. Alternatively you can email our payroll team at timesheets@socialpersonnel.com
  • How can I submit a timesheet?
    You should submit your timesheets to timesheets@socialpersonnel.com or directly to your consultant. Your timesheets should be submitted on time, as per the guideance from your consultant. When this is subject to change (e.g during bank holidays) you will always be notified of these changes by our payroll team.
  • How does your £250 referral bonus work?
    If you know someone who would like to work for Social Personnel, you can refer them to us and receive a £250 cash bonus! Simply: Send us the details of your friend or colleague, to opportunities@socialpersonnel.com or directly to your consultant, and we’ll get in touch to find them work Once they have worked a set number of hours you will be eligible to receive your referral bonus Please contact us for full terms and further information
